In the first step, I invited you to begin to become more intimate with your own immediate experience and to practice doing so throughout the week by having a daily formal sitting practice and an informal practice noticing your breath during the day.

We have been focusing on the body and the breath, relaxation and self-kindness. In the next three steps we will work a little more with the body, focus, concentration and balance.
